​As a Functional Medicine health coach, yoga teacher and EFT practitioner, I’ll work with you to feel healthier, happier and more energetic whatever you're starting point.

As a Functional Medicine health coach - I offer a positive, practical, science-backed approach to health, focusing on the lifestyle factors that play a key role in maintaining or improving wellness, including food, movement, stress, relationships and quality of sleep.


As an EFT practitioner - I offer a gentle but effective tool which you can use with me and on yourself to shift unhelpful patterns, habits and beliefs.


As a yoga teacher - I offer restorative practices, including breathing techniques, yoga nidra and mindfulness to help you relax, recharge and get in touch with what you need.
