I am a Functional Medicine health coach, yoga teacher and EFT practitioner, focusing on creating a space where you can be fully heard and accepted for who are.

I support people in letting go of what's holding them back - outdated beliefs, unhelpful expectations from self or others, self-sabotage, unwanted habits, overcommitting, overscheduling, mental and physical clutter, people-pleasing and the challenges of adjusting to life transitions such as divorce, coming out, motherhood, empty nesting or retirement.

All these things stand in the way of physical and mental health, vibrant energy and a joyful life.

Together we'll make space for your life to become more aligned with who you really are, what provides contentment, balance and fuels your mind and body.

As a yoga teacher - I offer restorative practices, including breathing techniques, yoga nidra and mindfulness to help you relax, recharge and get in touch with what you need. Yes, you!
